The systems that you are operating inside of are not made for the neurodivergent brain, they are often causing your neurodivergence to be a disability. If the systems were different it would not be this hard, but they aren’t so we commiserate on how ridiculous it is then figure out how to navigate them while keeping you whole.
From schools, to the medical system, to social services, employment and even in our family systems our capitalistic and patriarchal society puts you in impossible situations and make you feel like you are the problem over and over until you start to believe it’s true. It’s not true. The work that we do helps to shift this narrative and teaches you how to more effectively navigate these broken systems while staying whole and trusting yourself to navigate to the places you will shine!

So many of us are experiencing a state of hypervigilance in our modern day fast society. Our nervous systems are stuck in fight or flight. Hypervigilance feels like needing to be in control, noticing every detail, sensory overload, anxiety, digestion problems, chronic pain, becoming overwhelmed by ‘easy’ tasks, and generally spinning our wheels. This work takes us out of the brain and into the body. We learn how to identify when you’re in fight or flight and create a customized set of tools and practices you can use to get into rest & digest. This is the foundation that we build your new path on.

In this modern age we are pushing our neurobiology past what it’s used to. The expectations placed on us in modern society with technology, time needing to be so precise, food being readily available and employers expecting us to be consistent across all days and years is NOT how we are made. Your system is yelling at you to stop, but society yells at you to go. This creates a spiral of dysregulation that means things that should be easy feel impossible. We learn how to work with your system while also meeting the demands placed on you for survival - this will look different for everyone and be rooted in your goals and needs.
